Using your personal device and headphones, you'll be led through a thoughtfully narrated journey that brings to life the legacy of the MacGregor family, their home, and their ranching traditions. Choose from two immersive options: 30-Minute Home Museum Tour Step inside the MacGregor family home and explore the rooms where history was made. This original homestead-turned-museum is filled with personal belongings and furnishings from the MacGregor family, offering a unique look at early life in Estes Park. 45-Minute Museum & Barns Tour For a deeper dive, continue beyond the home to explore the historic barns and outbuildings that supported daily life on the ranch. These structures are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and provide a more complete picture of Colorado ranching history. Important Information: You will receive a gate code via email prior to your scheduled tour. Be sure to check the email used at booking. Groups of more than 10: Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Tour Tips: We are a working ranch! Please dress accordingly and come prepared for Colorado's ever-changing weather—sun, rain, or wind. Wear comfortable walking shoes; you’ll be exploring outdoor areas with uneven terrain including dirt paths, grass, and other natural surfaces.
